I was absent from the class, so I can't write comment.
1.How do you greet people in your life? Is it different for different people? Why?
I change greetings depending on relation between the person and me.
For example in the morning, I say to my friends "ohayou". In elder case, I say to them "ohayougozaimasu" and bow.
Basically, I greet senior politely with respect.
2.Do you touch people when you talk to them? Why? Or Why not?
I seldom touch people much less senior when talking to them.
Even so I touch people, it would be as communication to only friend.

How about with your family? Do you greet your parents respectfully, your grandparents?
I greet people in the different way depends on person and situation,too. Like Rolf, I greet my parents a little more respectfully than when I greet my close friends, but it is often casual.
